MantisBT v1.0.7 Set up: log in as a user with admin privileges for a specific project, click on "View Issues" and select that project in the "Project" drop down list in the upper right corner. The View Issues window lists all the issues for that project.
Problem: When I click on "Manage" I am presented with an Access Denied message. If I change the Project drop down list to "All projects", clicking on "Manage" works fine.
