I have configured the Application ID from where user gets mails in their
outlook.
Configured sendmail, it is working fine
But sometimes user gets mail on "issue assignment" and some times not. Only
one user is facing this problem:
I ahve checked following things
1, Sendmail Configurations > Its working fine
2, Application email notification template > it seems ok
3, Please help me out or tell me what should I check next????
