I have been having ongoing problems getting View Issues to work. When I
was testing out the installation, it worked OK, but when we went live,
it quit working. I cloned the database to another copy of Mantis
installed on the same server and I've been experimenting.

When I delete all issues for a project, View Issues displays correctly.
When the issues are in the database, it begins to display and just
quits part way through. It will display part of one line of the first
issue, then end part way like it was finished, but the list is not
finished and the bottom bar is not painted.

I entered new issues and assigned them to myself (I don't want to mail
bomb the users of the live system). These issues displayed fine. I
finally experimented with reassigning an issue to a dummy account I
created and the problem reappeared.

So the problem here is that if an issue is assigned to anybody except
me, View Issues has display problems. I tried making the dummy account
an administrator and it still didn't display correctly. It has to do
with who is assigned as the responsible party on an issue.

So my next question is, does anybody have any idea what is going on and
how to fix it?

Bill
