thanks for the reply. Where is the $g_limit_reporters flag?
Either:
- create a file called config_inc.php in the Mantis home directory
as follows:
<?php
$g_limit_reporters = OFF;
or
- as Administrator, select the project at the top og the page (or all
projects. Click Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Workflow Thresholds.
Near the bottom of the first section, there is a label "Limit
reporter's access to their own issues". Check the box and save.
