Dear List members,
Many a times I saw the mail saying I formatted the PC and
the particular function is not working (I , myself also felt the same
few times )
Why don't we compile a list containing what should be do before
formatting the PC or reinstalling the MI.
I can think of few points like :
1) backup the nviews.txt in windows directory if you are using Named
view.mbx.
2) Copy mapinfo.* from \windows
but there are many things like how to restore tool manager setting
or digitizer etc.. ...
Let us add all so that we are ready to format the PC without fear.
