Dear Engineering Services (by the way, I like the name, and I think will change mine to Sewers GasAndElectric). After you have opened a layout window, double click on your map and options box will appear, with paper scale size in the bottom right. Just enter the scale you want, and your map will change size accordingly. Sincerely
