Hi: We're doing some work on salmon migrations on the Columbia River (Washington State). I have a set of data from an external agency where positions are recorded as river miles (miles upstream). Apparently, they used a US Army Corps of Engineers River Mile Index to estimate positions. I am wondering if anybody knows where I might find a coverage which shows this River Mile Index.
