Great insight Jennifer! At the hazard of suggesting that MapInfo
Professional 6.0 might offer another pathway - distribution via HTML.

I believe that the BlueMarble (http://www.bluemarbelgeo.com) group also
offers some sort of free viewer....

Save the layout as a windows metafile and then import that picture into
PowerPoint. When saving your final document in PowerPoint, go to Options
and confirm that the "embed all fonts" option is selected. I have found the
print quality to be far superior to Adobe Acrobat or exporting as a .tif and
the file size is not much greater.

Subject: MI Map Viewer

I am a new user of MapInfo (ver 4.5) and do not have Map Basic.I have
prepared a map with MapInfo using the layout - border, title block,
etc - and saved the layout to a Workspace file (.WOR). I would like a
client who does have MapInfo to be able to view this map in the finished
state, as displayed in my WOR file.

Is there any free viewer of moderate Mb size that enables this to be done
and which I can send with my map(s)?
