ITo mapinfo users, I wanted to find out if through mapinfo pro or through some of utiltiy if there was a way to convert a shape file into a mapinfo formated file. I received an email from a GIS company that has some maps that are in Arcinfo format (.shp, .shx, .e00 & .dbf) I was hoping to take the shape file or one of the others and be able to convert it info a Mapinfo formated file. Is this possible and if so can I do it directly in Mapinfo Pro or do I need a special utility?
