Are you using Oracle, and if so, have you installed Oracle Client on your
machine?
If you are not using Oracle as an ODBC source, you do NOT need the Oracle
DBMS support and now have have two options:
1) Delete C:\PROGRAM FILES\MAPINFO\PROFESSIONAL\MIDLOCI.DLL and
continue as normal.
2) Uninstall MapInfo and MapInfo DBMS installer.
Re-install MapInfo.
Re-install MapInfo DBMS installer, BUT do not select the Oracle
drivers.
