Ole,
If you have vertical mapper, you can open the zip file in it.
All you have to do is unzip the file, open MapInfo go to vertical
mapper_create grid. Hit the Add button, open the file you want, and your
done....

The extensions involved are: .DEM, .DMW, .SCH, .HDR, .SRC, .STX, .PRJ
