Title: RE: MI-L MI: World Data Centered in Pacific Ocean

Lyn,

take a look at MapCent in  the Tools directory for MapInfo Professional at Directions Magazine: www.directionsmag.com/tools/

Shifts and rebuilds map tables so that the world is not split at 180 degrees. Includes source code.

We have a world data set that has the Atlantic Ocean
as its center point.  We want to make the Pacific
Ocean as the center point.  We are told that MapInfo
software program dictates the Atlantic as the center
point.  Does anyone know how we can make the Pacific
    Ocean as the center point?
