My guess would not be the North Pole only because the clue ( Moscow 5438
miles ).  From the North Pole, Moscow is much closer than that.

Could the answer be in the good OLE U. S. of A. Probably within 100 miles
west of Kansas City, MO., or 1/2 way between Wichita, KS and Kansas City,
MO.  Of course this a "As the crow flies" guess.
