Hello Brandi, You can do it this way. Use the labeller.mbx on the full extent. Then zoom to correct scale, and change text size using the Options menu. For some reason, this will cause all of the text to shift. Now, select all of the text objects, and move all objects to correct position in mass by holding down the shift key and dragging. Sometimes the shift key will deselect the clicked object - just shift select it again.
