I think you can get the VM SDK from http://www.infotech-europe.com/ ? I have used the VM SDK with success several times. You get behind the doors of VM with full access to design your own application. Actually the SDK is only a manual and some examples. The manual is a paper interface to the function in the VM dll's. You will need VM 2.6 or VM 3.0 installed, to use the API (VM SDK).
