I am looking for the EU conform regions "NUTS4" for Poland and the Czech Republic (this is appropriate to districts - in "local words" PL - powiat; CZ - okres). Does anybody know where to find it, possibly for free? I do have pdf/gif-files which represents these regions, I am looking for dxf/shp/tab-files ... something quick to use. Thanks in advance for any help!
