Hi Matt,   I had a similar problem a couple years ago, and it turn out to be the printer driver. The IT people changed the server and names of the printers we had. Our old workspaces stopped working because they were looking for the drivers in the wrong server address...   I suggest you to open the workspace on a text editor and change the printer's name and address, if this is the case...   Good luck!
