Two Mapnik questions for the group... 1) I have a common set of styles that I want to use across several projects but only want to have one copy of them. Is there an include directive I can put in my Mapnik XML to bring in the common map styles?
2) Is there a way/trick of drawing a line with two sides in different colours. Including extra (parallel) polyline in the data is not an option.
