Dane,

How would I reproject the builtup_areas shape file?  The current projection
is listed as &srsmercator (<!ENTITY srsmercator "+proj=merc +datum=WGS84
+over">) unlike the other 2 projections for the shape files which include
the epsg code within its variable name: &srs900913 and &srs4326.

I use ogr2ogr to reproject the shape files but I need to know the current
epsg code in order to reproject.
