Ok, I thought it was possible to do that when mapnik.load_map() is
creating datasource. The wish was to use mapnik as the xml parser
and avoid dependencies like lxml or xml.dom.minidom.
hmm, I didn't think about adding bind=False to load_map() (the use
case was as part of Cascadenik).
Can you open a ticket and assign it to me (rcoup)?
