Hi all,
I've taken the liberty to write up some of the things I'd like to see added to Mapnik to the GSoC wiki page (http://trac.mapnik.org/wiki/GSOC2011/Ideas). I'm a part-time student and qualify to work on a GSoC project, so I'd love to tackle one of them myself! I've sorted them by what I'd like to work on first. It doesn't seem to rain ideas just yet, so I hope that others see value in these proposals and that you'll consider them for submission to the GSoC program.
