sorry about the typos. That should say the patch contains the fixes. you can
now go to uri with out without a slash. ran everything through eclipse again to
remove extra imports. Removed all the null checks that weren't needed. There
is now a generic exception handler that grabs the exceptions and creates a json
response in the format similar to the webhdfs as stated above. Will file a
jira for the proxy issue.
