What do you mean by fixing the assertEquals() bug? How you suggest to fix it?
Also, my first patch patch makes the Configuration.isDeprecated() method
public, is this something we want to do for fixing a testcase? I'm more
inclined to the second patch to fix the testcases.
Thoughts?
