Just some more information about the problem... The error was generated by IIS (5.1 and 6.0) ... Looking the Logfile, It is a 502 error :
*502* - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy. *502.1* - CGI application timeout. *502.2* - Error in CGI application. It only happens with Mapserver 5.4 ... With 5.2 version, thats 100% working...
