Jorg, It is not available as it relies on a proprietary (esri) font (that you can however find on the internet, but we are not licensed to use it in the autotests). There's nothing complicated about it, and it is very similar to https://github.com/mapserver/msautotest/blob/branch-6-2/renderers/multilabel.map except there are many more LABEL blocks, each of which has additional EXPRESSION lines to use the correct symbol depending on wind speed, etc...
