But there is a small bug, if you tag areas with points, and there is an area without any point, instead of leaving the field blank, it will take the nearest point value (nearest to the poplygon centroid). We could not find till today which is the criteria Mapt use for that, sometimes is big sometimes is small, I guess it depends on the size of the Geographic Object that is shown.
