Experienced user of Mapt.
Not a web person.
I have just began to work with MFTW.
Went through first tutorial ok up to test page.
When MFTW opens browser and airports.asp the screen is green and blank;
there are no MFTW tools or functionality, only browser toolbar.
Can someone advise what I have done wrong
