I have a HP 8550DN minor differences in them.... I'll have to give it a
try at the office and get backto you. Havn't spent a lot of time with
redistricting although I have worked with maptitude 4.0 - 4.2 without
problems. except for that smartheap.

Subject: [Maptitude] Maptitude: for Redistricting

Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html

Is anyone on the list using Maptitude for Redistricting?

(Or does anyone know if there is a list specifically for Maptitude for
Redistricting?)

I am new to the list, and also new to GIS in general. In fact, I was hired
to make sure that the program used for redistriciting was user-friendly "to
the non-technical person." < ! >

The number one concern I have right now is the "referenced memory illegally"
issue. I know that it is print driver related.

We have an HP8550N, and HP760C, and a Xerox Color Document Centre Series 50.
As recommended by Caliper, we've installed the latest drivers.

I've tried monitoring the task manager, and watching for "spikes" before
sending the print job to the printer. Does the speed at which I attempt to
print matter?

(Remember....I'm the non-tech person in my group....)
