The Tshirt_1.gif is acceptable from the ASF Brand management perspective.
The Tshirt_2.gif with the "Operated By" is not acceptable to the ASF and
should not be used. As Chip notes, this is likely to give American
readers (At least) the impression that the Apache CloudStack project is
in some way operated by - i.e. run by - your company, which is not
acceptable.
An important part of Apache branding requirements is ensuring that all
Apache projects are run independently of commercial influence. For

As for the second design, I'm concerned a little about the connotation
that iKoula "operates" the project. I've included the Apache Brand
Management team on this email to see if there are any comments from that
list. As it stands, I'd suggest something different for the second
design. If our VP of Brand Management (Shane) says that it's OK as is,
then you could proceed with the second design.
