Hi :) They are all founder members and all on the current Steering Committee. The names on the page might be changed after elections to the Steering Committee is complete and that would be the point to limit people to specific roles/duties if it's decided to do so. Personally, i think restrictions are a bad idea, as shown by the advantages of OpenSource over Closed/Proprietary code, but it's not my decision to make.
