It's good to hear that 'local' teams are more numerous than i was previously aware of although i was aware of Malta already :) Are local teams discussing what they expect or hope for from people holding this type of role? Is a job-spec (list of duties) being developed somewhere?

Right now, we are not yet in the phase to nominate and vote on official contacts. We are still defining roles and responsibilities, and when we have a clear picture of that, we will start voting.
