Thanks Jean. One effective marketing strategy that I always think about here is making the user manuals available in print. That can help LO make some money, and also increase its visibility as users will get a point of reference. Are there any guidelines on this or what is a person able to do and how can we work closely with LO. I know its not practical to air lift printed manuals all over the place, but this could be done locally.
