What do you mean by mapping out the overall LibreOffice community??
As the marketing team is in charge of conveying and sharing information
from one point of the project to another (being an information bus, if
you will) as a first item, it's important to map the project: how is it
structured, what native-language teams work, the workflows, the
superstructure and informal structures, etc. All that with as many
contacts and names possible. Sophie had started something, but that as
well could need some update and nice presentation.
