Wrapping $libmarpa_build_dir in double quotes in Build_Me.pm:

- my @new_ccflags = ( '-I', $libmarpa_build_dir, '-I', 'xs' );
+my @new_ccflags = ( '-I', '"' . $libmarpa_build_dir . '"', '-I', 'xs' );

fixed it for me under 'John Doe' account on cygwin.
