I remember PTLsim had different flavors for full-system simulation and user-space simulation. Is it possible to do so in Marss? I don't know much about it, but I want to explore if I can avoid the overhead of kernel etc. and focus on caches, cores etc. I don't know, whether it is possible with multi-core simulation or not.
