Hmm ... I am not sure if this is just the matter of adding
AttributeList to the dtd.
martj maybe oblivious about this 'construct' altogether. Richard - did

add _any_ support for AttributeList to martj for 0.5? If not, how much
work would
it be required there?
Which part of the martj code are you actually reusing David?
