I have a few questions about martview, just a few settings that I cannot
get to work.
The first concerns regular expressions. I have an attribute that is a
peptide sequence and would like to be able to search for a regular
expression, so for example give me all the results where the peptide
contains the sequence "EIL". In marteditor I have changed the regexp to
'true' and this along with other attempts such as changing the qualifier
to LIKE don't appear to work - i get 0 results returned. I have tried
searching for *EIL*,%EIL% etc. Have I missed the documentation for this?
Similarly I am unable to use the qualifier '>', when I change this I get
0 hits returned even though I know there are hits in my original database.
