We'll try to reproduce it here and see what the problem is
also if you could give me the file names (Your reference mart query)
you have been waiting for, I'll try to see if those files exist on the
server to
see if this is mail or download problem. The queries are unlikely to
take that long
unless they produce extremely large files or are very 'heavy' for other
reasons
