There were a couple of problems with 0.6 MartEditor wanting to unnecessarily delete existing 0.5 configs. This has now been fixed and a new distro put in the usual place accesible from www.biomart.org.
Note to upgrade your existing configurations to 0.6 you should use the updateAll function in MartEditor's File menu or alternatively carry out the moveAll or uploadAll procedure.
