Hi,
I have just upgraded to BioMart 0.6 on my Windows XP testing machine and
have been updating my dataset configurations. Things seem to work...
for one session only.
With the first session after running the configure script with --clean
and restarting apache I notice this:

Argument "" isn't numeric in numeric gt (>) at
\C\cygwin\usr\local\BioMart\biomart-perl\conf\templates\default\summarypanel.ttc
line 25.
This line 25 looks like this:
if ($stash->get(['session', 0, 'param', [ 'dataset' ], 'size', 0])
> 0) {
Nevertheless, the session goes fine and I can set filters, attributes
and get a resuult. Subsequently if iin the browser I press the New
button I only get the last page of the first session, and get this sort
of error:
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
C:/cygwin/usr/local/BioMart/biomart-perl/lib/BioMart/Web.pm line 1762.
Use of uninitialized value in numeric eq (==) at
c:/Perl/lib/CGI/Cookie.pm line 26.
Please, how can I investigate this further?
