Yes (sigh), Windows. (Our production server uses linux so I don't anticipate having this problem there when I upgrade it).
For session management, are you using default settings from biomart-perl/conf/settings.conf or you have changed section about settings.conf ?
I've only changed the expiry time: [sessions] #expire=1d expire=5m driver=default but this change is not what caused the problem. Any futher suggestions gratefully received!
