hello, I am having a problem with biomart 0.6 in ensembl R45. The ensembl helpdesk cannot answer my question and it is related to installation of biomart so I'm trying my luck here.
I followed the instructions for biomart in ensembl: http://www.ensembl.org/info/software/website/installation/biomart.html and the biomart installation instructions (perl bin/configure.pl -r conf/registryURLPointer.xml) but I get this error (twice): ERROR: requested template missing when I filled out all select-boxes in martview. I would very much appreciate any hints.
