Hi everyone, I use PostgreSQL 8.1.9, Chado, CVS bioperl, BioMart 0.5 and Debian 4.0 "etch" Linux kernel 2.6.18 (debian precompiled).
I install Chado and insert test sgdlite database without problems. I use bin/martbuilder.sh and create schema of sgdlite db and dataset with only feature table. I save xml schema and sql script following BioMart 0.5 Documentation.
