Hello Syed,
I am selecting Ensembl attributes:
Ensembl Gene ID
Gene name
Chromosome name
over all genes (no filter). I notice that as soon as I run a BioMart query,
before I do any selection, the log looks as if it is looking up all data
from BioMart until the exception is thrown.
I am running Taverna 1.7 out of the box; perhaps I should allocate more
memory for the java virtual machine (taverna sets the default to 300M) ?
