[mart-dev] query regarding multiple Dataset

Hi
 I have one query regarding merging/joining result from multiple  
dataset ( in biomart case multiple dataset means 2 dataset ).

as of now current biomart forms allow us to join/merge result from 2  
dataset. I am just trying to understand on what attribute this  
particular join is done ? Is there any documentation which can help  
me to understand this. From UI it seems result are merged/joined on  
Associated Gene DB.

My goal is to join 2 different dataset on 'choromosome Location'.  Is  
there any configuration which can make this possible. Can I configure  
the join/merging attribute ?
