Hi Jenny,

The naive import import in MartEditor ignores the primary keys for the tables, that's why they've not shown up.

Just copy one of the other attributes/filters from the same table and then change the field name to match the primary key column.

Cheers,

Daz

I have successfully created a mart using my MySQL database, and I can view the filters/ attributes in the explorer, querying works using the explorer. The problem is that my primary key fields are missing from the explorer (but are present in the underlying biomart version of my database). Can anyone give me an idea of how I can get the explorer to see all my fields (including the keys)? The PKs happen to be very important for my interface design. Is the problem perhaps that I have multiple PKs 'MUL' (i.e. compound PKs) in my table?

Thanks

Jenny
