Hi
I set up a small BioMart which is working fine. This needs to be linked
to the current Ensembl data (zebrafish) and I set up the
importables/exportables (ensembl_gene_id) to do that. This is partially
working fine: when I select the Ensembl dataset first the second dataset
also shows up in the browser. When I choose my mart first the Ensembl
dataset doesn't show up as second dataset.
Does anybody know what's going wrong? I copied the importables and
exportables from Ensembl so they should be fine. I don't know what else
to look into. Any help appreciated.
