Hello, again, > I have noticed that for some species, where we cannot provide data > for, the 'ID list limit' filter is missing. There is still an entry > for 'Limit to genes...' though, which of course returns an empty > result set for those species. I have now narrowed the problem down to a missing XML-entry in the dataset configuration. Hence, MartEditor must somehow determine that the particular attribute contains only 'null' rows in the database, and hence, it generates no filter option.
Can someone pin-point me into the right direction where I should look in the MartEditor sources to sort this out? Thanks, Joachim -- B.1079 Michael Smith Building Faculty of Life Sciences The University of Manchester Oxford Road Manchester M13 9PT United Kingdom
