Dearest BioMart, When I run configure.pl, I get a list of really strange looking modules to install:
acabu...@wb-blast:/usr/local/wormbase/biomart/biomart-perl$ perl bin/configure.pl -r conf/martDBLocation.xml Do you want to install in API only mode [y/n] [n]: Checking prerequisites ... please install the following modules: APR::Connection Apache2::FunctionTable $class\::Const Apache::Constants $loader 5.006 Apache2::StructureTable DOES_NOT_exist And I am pretty sure that a lot of these are not real modules. I was wondering if any of you knew why this was happening? I'm using perl 5.10.1, apache2.2.15, and mod_perl 2.0.4. Um... I have a feeling that I may not have installed mod_perl entirely correctly...
