We see but do not understand. Now that our society is dying from obesity and strength - literally, weight, certain concepts of human growth and society happiness can be reexamined. Any proposition seeking to examine the social problems of the 21st century, which is not rooted in the metabolic process that is man is another blind alley. The proper concepts and framework for human growth and evolution is vitality, endurance, agility and efficiency. Vitality is effected through an increase in efficiency. Efficiency means the systematic removal of obstructions to the spontaneous process of metabolizing by the organism. Is Engel's assertion true that “adaptation to a meat diet, side by side with a vegetable diet, greatly contributed towards giving bodily strength and independence to man in the making.”? The notion and reality of strength, inherited from seven generations X’s seven, evolves as a military concept and ideology of aggressive in imperial societies or wrong eaters. The historical strength of the peasant masses forming armies of aggression and resistance, resided in their lack of meat eating. Yet, meat, milk, cereals and starchy vegetable consumption, as a matrix, does increase the physical strength of man, his bodily weight, height and circumference of the body. Specifically, why does the meat and milk diet increase the strength of man? The obvious answer is as a by product of increased mass and density. Here is the riddle again. Strength as increased mass does not lengthen life span or healthy life span and drives overeating. The reason we overeat is to avoid the pain of elimination that makes one feel weak and sick and experience the sensation we call strength. Strength as increase in mass shortens life span, in all instances without exception, in comparison to a fruit and vegetable diet, which should not be confused with vegetarianism. Meat is not the worse thing modern industrial man and women can eat, but it is the focal point because no society of individual eats meat in isolation of its eating culture. For instance, meat consumption has a history long calling forth spices for preservation and the trade in spices and finally the emergence of sauces as food substance to nullify the smell and taste of meat. Meat is eaten in harmony with meat by-products - dairy, and because of this deadly combination, along with starchy vegetables, the craving for alcohol and refined sugars of all kinds are heightened. Here is why vegetarianism is no solution. Engels blindness to the power and logic of fruits is bound up with environmental conditions, which would drive what we call “Western Civilization.” The absence of fruits explains much in our daily lives. I increasingly dislike the concept "Western Civilization" as a modern political index, to the degree that China, India, Russia vast tracts of Asia and Africa and "Latina America" adopts the eating characteristic of the "Western Civilization" being criticized. Our modern culture of coffee consumption is not accident but properly understood by coffee drinkers as a morning laxative and not simply an abstract stimulant. It is a matrix of food consumption and the spontaneous impulses of mass cravings that push and drag society down a specific line of events. This is not to say coffee drinking is being condemned. No single thing - item, is condemned but rather the complex of things that gyrates around wrong consumption, which drives over consumption. Cuba is subject to this push and pulls by the masses against and often in conflict with the politics of insurgency and protection of the revolution itself. What was exported to the so-called New World, at the barrel of a gun, was a historically specific way of eating. This is not to deny the impact of the injection of the money economy into a natural economy. What is it that the money economy unhinge and uproot, if not a historically evolved culture, riveted to eating in a specific environment? None of this denies development shaped by property relations. However, all social problems of society have a biological bias. Alcoholism, as an acute social problem can only exist, in the context of ones diet. The temperance movement in America could never succeed because it could not attack this problem at its root. A clean human body, stripped of thousands of years of wrong consumption; vibrating and osculating in harmony with its electric charged cell structure rejects alcohol spontaneously. No human being can develop a “taste for alcohol” living off of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables balanced with starchy vegetables. Here is why alcohol has had such a deadly impact amongst the Indians populations. This is true although it cannot be proven to the modern man trapped in the cycle of insane eating. One can of course prove this to themselves through experiment on their own body. Then there is Marxism. Marxism is an intellectual wing of a historically specific form of the communist movement that emerges on the basis of the emerging industrial society. The communist movement as a political and social current of history emerges with the dissolution of primitive communism. Marxism traces is distinctiveness through currents of French socialism, English political economy and German philosophy, while communism as a current evolves as a sectarian movement of bodily purification and property. I shall be condemned as a fool for asking what did the French socialist eat and from what and whose table? Nor is the French tradition of wine with meals being blindly condemned. What is being ascertained is the historically specific combination of food stuff and its impact on the body of man. My Christian brethren have totally misunderstood the meaning of their scripture, where the Gods criticized Noah for cooking meat for food - (making burnt offerings to them, which they rejected), and the connection with his wine drinking or rather, planting of the vine. The vine was meant for “bloody grapes” rather than alcohol consumption. Fruits and alcohol do not miss well in the body. In a relatively clean body not encumbered by massive obstructions, a most violent and immediate purge of the alcohol - liquid poison, takes place of a magnitude that would make the most stubborn person put down their cup. Unable to face its own history of sustenance, “Western Civilization” inverts the problem and presents modern alcoholism as a problem of “will” and mental weakness or an allergy disease reaction within the organism without understanding the meaning of metabolism. What did the English political economists eat as a way of life as they pondered the meaning of market relations of exchange and then converted market ethics into a concept of human morality? Market ethics begin with the trade and exchange of food stuff. I do not mean to appear as a reductionism, but how can one explain our historical blindness to the elementary? Pardon if I say that the German philosopher was a degenerate, trapped in the inner echo of the insane mind, distorted by blood poisoning that is the legacy of generations of wrong and over eating. Philosophy by definition is a form of insanity, except to the insane mind that conceives the impossible. The bourgeoisie did not create this sad state of affairs, but inherited a historically evolved material relation that is man and earth. Yet, as a class, our modern bourgeoisie does the same insane things over and over, always expecting a different result. It is to Marx credit that he assigned the modern proletariat, whose form changes with every epoch making discovery that changes the form of the laboring process, the task of destroying philosophy. These notes of a communist heretic are meant to deliver the final decisive blow to philosophy, which as a form of insanity, can explain anything and everything except the simply metabolic process that is man. All of the above can be proven by experiment that anyone in all the imperial centers can conduct on themselves with the same result. Withdrawal from the bourgeois inheritance of eating, not the form of consumer culture, is the actual process by which the proletariat makes itself fit to rule. The consumer form decays in correspondence with withdrawal from the bourgeois inheritance of eating. It is the struggle to perfect the science and art of detoxification of man that makes him fit to rule himself and neighbor and transforms ruler-ship into guardianship. Here is the missing key to the social equation. Here is the stage of struggle Cuba has entered internal to its state system. Does Cuba enter the “market system?” Of course it does, but on what internal basis or condition of its society. The militant proletariat can withstand the onslaught of the imperial bourgeoisie provided it exits in a state of continuous internal detoxification. The problem presents itself backwards: fear of not consuming the fat, milk, meat, potatoes and alcohol, which is the specific character of the market pattern is a material force. Here is the starting point from which every social problem is resolvable. Politics is the means by which social problems are attacked. It matters little if I scream for the "dictatorship of the proletariat" for another 40 years, which only allows me to be awarded the badge of Lenin. This does not clarify the path forward. Marxism cannot be charged with failing to disclose the biological and metabolic root of man because it defined its task as clarifying the dynamic root logic of man as he is/ became productively active, and then creates alienated form of labor - tools, instruments and machines, energy source + laboring. Here alienated form of labor means a system of events or a system of tools, instruments, machines and power sources outside the body, whose common working together sets their own law system into play. “Alien” and “ate-d” defines itself in Standard English, but in the hands of the German philosopher, is reduced to an abstract concept of “outside the body of man.” The inner life of the body of man should be the starting point, rather than the form of the laboring process. We born butt naked and adopt what every systems and ritual exists. Marxism re engineers’ human understanding of history by examining how development, in the form of alienated labor impact society and become powerful levers of change. I like Marxism a lot but it is self defeating to discount its origins in industrial modes of thinking corresponding to a specific diet of man. Marxism also defined itself as a doctrine of political combat against the existing authority. Laws of political combat are not mirrors of metabolic laws or biological systems as metabolic laws, but laws of political encounter embracing the utilization of productive forces and chance. Who can deny that we reproduce who we are at a given moment and ritualize the moment as a law system? We accept the given as an all embracing reality and law system and call this morality - human nature. Much of the reason is because of the ritual form of knowledge. Obesity begins the last stage of bourgeois imperialism, if the actual life cycles and experience of the imperial centers are to be taken into account. War as a societal striving does not flow from human nature, but a distortion in human nature. Human nature does not flow from what man thinks of himself or awareness but a metabolic process, which is increasingly knowable. Modern war is effected on the basis of bourgeois relations. The solution is at hand but I would be remiss if the specific problems of our women - our women, are not spoken of. Women in the social equation are degenerate in direct proportion to man, rather than herself. If man exists in a degenerate state through what he eats, and women are degenerate in direct proportion to man, then our sexual activity is distorted on the basis of that, which keeps us in a degenerate state. The solution - cure, to the so-called “Women Factor, “ is not that women are drawn into industrial forms of society production and on this basis she becomes a free agent wage laborer independent of man. This “economic independence ” is important but only outlines how the form of class antagonism plays themselves out. Women cannot be independent of men: it is not possible. Nevertheless the form of class contradiction bound up with industrial women flow from the bourgeois women fighting to control the purse strings and the check book and carve out a social role outside the dictates of man as slave master. No one denies we fight on the basis of immediacy and the form of struggle open to us at a given moment. However, modern woman as proletariat, increasingly shoved outside the system of value production, finds herself in antagonism with the existing society and civilizations. She looks at her children and herself and asks "why?" One must first understand and then visualize the solution and then use a complex of concepts designed to rally society towards that goal. I shall not mince words. Pardon, but why do you - modern woman, bleed like a slaughtered hog every month? “Because women have a period, menstrual cycle, which gyrates in correspondence to the moon. Bleeding is purification of the female body.” Why does the female body need purification? “It is a spontaneous process all women are subject to.” This is simply not true and can be proven by any women on the basis of actually purifying the body. A purified body has no need for purification and monthly cyclical bleeding. The riddle of bleeding is wrapped in the mysterious. The mysterious is wrapped in metaphysical concepts of the degenerate man suffering from a toxic and poisonous brain evolving concepts that are no more than echoes of insanity. This insanity is housed in rituals and passed from one generation to the next as religious theology and doctrines of the flesh. In America and much of the English speaking and “European colonized world” this “mysterious” finds expression as various doctrine of the flesh and culminates in the “immaculate conception.” Insanity perpetuates and reproduces itself, changing its form structures as the advance of the productive forces rendered untenable, one after another of the insane minds ideological explanation. In the story of the Immaculate Conception the insane mind can only conceive of beauty and purity apart from real man and a barbaric and degenerate ideological concept of woman never touched by man. That man is in fact degenerate is only understood as a metaphysical concept tore from our real biology. “We are born in sin.” Fine. What is the sin? If the female body is cured - perfectly cleansed of the muck of ages, the menstruations disappear. In scripture this process is called “purifications,” which in fact it is. In the canon of Roman Catholicism the actual process of purification is wrapped in insane ideological mystery; stood on its head and described as the pain of judging sin or “the pain period” one must pass through is called purgatory, with mystical visions of the “fires of judgment.” The clean female body has no need for the monthly cycle of purification that characterizes our society. The need for such cycles of spontaneous bleeding flows from the unclean state of the body and is the actual process called “ metabolic reaction” at work. The insane mind cannot understand this spontaneous metabolic reaction and invent cures for the symptoms of the body spontaneously trying to cure itself. The monthly bloating and headaches are understood to be the result of demons at work and an entire industry of treating symptoms - demons, has arisen. Is the elementary logic understood? We are told we must atone for our sins against God and nature. We are told that our sin flows from eating the “ forbidden fruit” and “eating from the tree of knowing” and now that we know, have experienced the thousands of years legacy of “wrong eating” are told the solution is to kowtow to the bourgeoisie and the free market, with its built in horribly destructive pattern of consumption, rather than to stop eating. Here is why man has lost his mind. When the body suffers from a cold, the cold being discharged - mucus, is not the disease. The disease state is the clogging up of the channels of the body with obstructions to its efficiency as the metabolic process. The discharge called “the cold” is the body implementing the solution and fighting to save itself. The logic of the insane mind is to inject the body with substances to halt the process of eliminating, effectively driving that which is waste, back into the body tissue. What good is materialist dialectics if the mind cannot conceive the elementary? Products offered to the masses of women to regulate and halt the monthly bleeding drives that, which must be discarded back into the body, which produces another layer of metabolic disruption. Then our women are offered an array of products to change the smell of their vagina and cover the eruptions of filth that finally burst through the skin. Dandruff is dried powdery mucus erupting through the scalp. Where does his decay come from and how does it get into our body if not through our mouth. Cuba can fight to avoid traveling deeper into all the alienated structures and modes of thoughts that are no more than the handiwork of bourgeois society, by inaugurating the next level of struggle for life and human beauty. Here is an industry of export worth billions. Here is an industry that only socialism can truly develop. Not “Cuban Culture” but human culture as realized and fought out on the basis of the Cuban experience. I am aware that prostitution is given “social space” in Cuba as a practical matter. Fine. How are the women to be continuously protected from disease and the degeneracy of bourgeois men and real bourgeois ideology if not through institutionalizing the battle for beauty through societal systems of purification, founded on an advanced science and art of metabolism? We face the thousand year war as the battle for the life of the human mind. I deeply apologize if it sounds as if I dare lecture the Cuban people and their government. It has been in the course of a battle since birth, to understand my own mental and bodily torment, which led to pouring through countless texts, while never surrendering a certain Marxist orientation, which I have arrived at these conclusions. The battle has been most personal. It has not been lost on me that heroic Fidel is recovering from an intestinal operation. How did whatever was lodged in his intestines get there if not from our most personal history of bourgeois colonial relations, bourgeois traditions, bourgeois consumption and bourgeois rituals? When the light of a materialist reasoning is shinned on the human experience, the riddle of the mystery is unfolded for the masses and converted into the logic of proletarian insurgency. The ideal condition of an internal purity is the only human basis for the Immaculate Conception - not the removal of man from the equation and his replacement by an abstract God concept. Seen in this light the thousands of year riddle of the old “Madonna birth mysterious” is easily understood. Virgin soil is pure or clean earth. The Virgin Mary was clean due to her ritual cleansing in the Temple and here is the meaning of the “virgin birth” - clean birth, or the Immaculate Conception. Modern women are not simply bourgeois but also industrial and carry with her the signature of industrial society: metal poisoning. This metal poisoning means microscopic particles are lodged within the body tissue and the brain creating obstructions to the electrical charges and signals of the brain itself. Insanity is a biological state first and foremost. Cuba has a health system that is the marvel of this hemisphere and the world. What if Cuba retooled its health science internally and perfected its science and art of detoxifying real people? Here is the basis for protection and perpetuation of the revolution in Cuba, rather than middle class concepts of “ revolutionary fervor,” and “first rate men and women embracing the socialist project.” Idea are important, very important, but must be rooted in the earth and the metabolic processes of species. The fight for the life of the human mind is not a fight for correct ideology or rather; correct ideology cannot be fought for on the basis of fighting for correct ideology. History is a cruel master that did not allow the Soviets to cross this juncture. None of the above denies the objective logic faced by all revolutions generated on the basis of changes in the mode of production. It is understood that value production cannot be abolished by political fiat, until society has crossed the juncture where a mass of humanity lives outside the value system.
